RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund items in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or visit us at one of our gallery locations in order for us to process your request. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or other fees associated with the return or exchange of non-defective items.
It is possible to return unused Judaica items as long as the items are in perfect condition and contain the original packaging.
However, we are unable to exchange or refund personalized items. Examples of such items include: Judaica with special engravings requested by the customer or talit bags with customized initials.
While we do our best to insure items are packed safely for shipping, if something should happen and your purchase arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible with no shipping or extra fees or provide you with a full refund.
